Meet the Team

Roland Castillo - Team Lead	Roland Castillo, president and founder of Austin Home Line.  Formerly with Keller Williams Realty® International the 4th largest real estate company in North America he has worked and been mentored by Gary Keller and Dave Jenks. Roland studies the real estate market and has brought his knowledge and expertise to the investment world, helping numerous agents and clients find the right product for their investment portfolios. Roland has helped numerous clients relocate from all over the country to Austin and its surrounding communities.
Dan Schillace	Dan Schillace, started his real estate career with Prudential Texas Realty, he has joined our team as a Listing Specialist with extensive experience working with sellers.  Dan brings a high level of customer service that all of his past clients have really appreciated.  One of the strengths that Dan brings to your home sale is his level of service and commitment to getting your home sold.  Dan understands the trends of the market and how to price ahead of it so you won’t be left wondering if your home will every sell. Dan graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Economics.
Cherry Viernes	Cherry Viernes came to Keller Williams Realty in 2005.  She joins our team as our Buyer Specialist.  One of the many strengths that she brings to the team and your home search is her ability to identify and understand what your needs are as a buyer.  Cherry will help you stay on track and find your perfect home. Cherry is originally from the Philippines and fluent in speaking Tagalog. Cherry graduated from St. Paul University, Quezon City with a degree in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
